We have had lots of enquiries about fitting winter tyres. The stocks of these tyres are low over the whole country, so we may not be able to source them for you.

There are plenty of other checks we can do, though, to prepare your vehicle for bad weather. These includes battery checks (and replacement if necessary) tyre and lights checks, brake checks. We can also repair heated rear windows and wipers.

There is plenty of advice we can offer motorists in frozen conditions – for example do not try to use your windscreen wipers until the screen has completely thawed as you can easily burn out the motor.
