We pride ourselves on customer service. If you have any query, however small, about your car, we’re pleased to discuss it with you. Even out of hours. If we need to see your vehicle then we’ll ask you to bring it in for a free inspection. We’ll show you any defective parts and be completely honest with our opinion as to the best course of action.

We say we are a very British company. We mean we act with honesty and integrity in everything we do.
Our reputation has been built on years of sound advice and excellent work. We like to get to know our customers and understand their needs. So, if you have to pick your children up at 3.30, we’ll make sure your car is ready before then. If your train leaves at 7.50, we’ll make sure you catch it.
We have an open, welcoming attitude throughout the company. If you’d like to speak directly with the technician who worked on your car, then of course you can. If you’d prefer to talk to the managing director, you can do that too.
