PR Motors in the Community

We work in a rural area where there is very little public transport, and as such we consider we offer a valuable community service by keeping cars and commercial vehicles on the road.

We are delighted to give back to the local community as much as possible and do this in the following ways:

Sports teams sponsorship

We have sponsored many local teams over the years, including Compton FC, Tilehurst Panthers FC, Calcot Royals FC, Purley CC, Goring Robins FC, the Pangbourne 10k, and Christ the King Catholic School.

Local events

We are always happy to donate a raffle prize of a free MOT with our local collect and deliver service. We have supported numerous schools and events in, amongst other places, Yattendon, Hampstead Norreys, Englefield, Theale, Upper Basildon, Tilehurst, Bucklebury and Bradfield.

Careers fairs

We attend careers events to explain the apprenticeship program and what being a vehicle technician involves. Many people are surprised at how technical our job is and that to become a qualified motor vehicle technician you need at least a grade B at English, Maths and ICT GCSE.
