January’s well documented as the worst month of the year for general gloom. Christmas bills and tax to pay, and grotty weather – particularly this year.

If you work in a workshop where the doors have to open regularly and you start and end work in the dark, it’s even worse. Our workshops looked like this an hour after opening this morning:

So even more reason to congratulate all our technicians and support staff for a very hard working and productive January. Compared to last January, the number of vehicles we carried out diagnostic tests on was up 62%, the number of routine services we did was up 34%, and the number of brake pads fitted was up 42%. In fact none of our performance statistics went down.
