In rather contrasting events, the only girls’ football team we sponsor (The Tilehurst Panthers) started their season brilliantly on Saturday:

..and on Sunday our third year apprentice, Jason Bint (second from right), was part of the Team ITF TKD who fought their way to an honorable draw in a 5 man team Versus Kickboxing Superfight Series in St Albans. Jason himself got a first round KO – an obviously excellent result. He was still smiling when he got to work at 7.20am this morning!
