Many thanks to the staff and students of Little Heath School for hosting us yesterday. We ran a workshop for the 6th form – it was optional, but we’re delighted to say it was a ‘sell-out’.

We covered basic car maintenance, legal requirements of driving  in the UK, the elements of a MOT test and a service, general driving tips and what to do when a warning light illuminates on your dash.

We started the session with a slide show in a lecture hall and then moved outside. Using our vehicles, the students worked in groups to swap a tyre, open the bonnet, top up levels and ask any questions of the 2 technicians and 2 directors leading the practical section.

We’ve already been asked to run another workshop, and are delighted to accept!
