Newbury College held their Annual Apprenticeship Awards Evening last night. A superb evening, attended by over 100 people, it aimed to celebrate the success of learners and the support they receive from employers and assessors. 8 awards were given and we are extremely proud to say our third year apprentice, Bobby, won ‘Best Apprentice in a Small Business’. He beat off strong competition – there were 7 nominees in his category – and is rightly delighted. Many congratulations from us all, Bobby; you’ve worked really hard for this award and we wish you every success going forward.

We also congratulate Bobby’s assessor, Debbie Berry, who won the Outstanding Contribution Award.
