I have just moved to this area and had to find a new garage. PR motors advertise in the local village magazine so I called them initially to book an MOT, but the day before they were to collect my car (yes, collect it free of charge from my house!) I broke down on the motorway and was recovered back home after being told (with certainty by the knowledgeble rescue man!) that the head gasket had gone. I told PR motors this fact. And to my utter shock, they told me the head gasket hadn’t gone and all that was needed was a new cap costing £12.50…how amazing is that…not to get ripped off!!! I would never have known after believing the rescue man was right.
PR motors service is like when you book a fantastic holiday and everything from start to finish was an amazing experience…not what I’d normally expect from a garage.
