As published, our opening hours are 7.30-5.30 weekdays and 8.30-12.30 Saturdays. Outside these times we divert the phone to my mobile, which I keep with me all the time, so you can always talk to a person rather than a machine. I can offer advice over the phone, arrange for you to be towed into the workshop or book your vehicle in for work.
