‘Many congratulations to our first year apprentice, Jason Bint. Here’s what he wrote about what he got up to last weekend:

‘Had a great weekend at the Holland Cup, and I’m proud to say that I walked away with a gold in the mens – 70kg sparring category, and a gold in the team sparring.

What an honour and great experience it was to fight in the England men’s team, especially next to some amazing fighters. Bring on the world championships in May, and smash it up again! Thank you PUMA and ITF England for the support’
