Approved Garages have conducted a survey on 1,330 women UK car owners. Amazingly 50% had asked a male friend or family member to go with them to a garage, and just under half had mentioned their partner’s name when booking to prevent being overcharged.

We aim to offer no-nonsense, non-technical explanations of work required or advised to all our customers. We are happy to show you the parts of your car that have been replaced and explain why. We have a happy, industrious atmosphere here all the time and hope that ‘rubs off’ on customers, many of whom have used and trusted us for many years.
